Milan, April 30, 2024 – The Ulixe Group announces the acquisition of ScientificWare S.r.l., a company specializing in the design, management, and optimization of IT infrastructures and the provision of managed services. 

ScientificWare, based in Rome, has over twenty-five years of experience supporting organizations active in the healthcare, telecommunications, and public administration sectors, with consolidated expertise in the operational management of technological infrastructures. 

The transaction is part of the Group's development strategy, aimed at strengthening Ulixe's role as a unique technology partner for its customers' end-to-end digital innovation, capable of integrating infrastructure expertise, software development, system integration, and advanced technology services to support digital transformation processes. 

With the arrival of ScientificWare, Ulixe strengthens its presence in the field of infrastructure system integration, enhancing its expertise in the management and evolution of IT infrastructures and managed services in critical contexts.
