The Ulixe Group was created following a restructuring process completed at the end of 2024, and has been operational since January 1, 2025. AroTek announced its name change to Ulixe Italy and the start of a series of acquisitions leading to the establishment of the Ulixe Group. The new industrial entity was created with the aim of operating in a structured manner in the fields of technological innovation and digital transformation. 

The Ulixe Group took shape following a restructuring operation completed at the end of 2024, becoming fully operational on January 1, 2025. The intervention made it possible to consolidate skills, assets, and companies into a single organizational structure, laying the foundations for a phase of organic growth and greater industrial solidity. 

The rebranding and creation of the Group respond to the need to establish a unified identity and industrial governance capable of supporting solid, consistent, and long-term growth. Ulixe Italy assumes the role of parent company, with responsibility for strategic direction, coordination, and control. 

The Ulixe Group is backed by Ulixe Holding, an investment fund owned by an Italian entrepreneur, established with the aim of ensuring financial stability, industrial vision, and continuity over time. The structure adopted allows the Group to operate with high standards of governance, transparency, and accountability towards customers, partners, and institutions. 

The operation marks the start of a new industrial phase, aimed at consolidating the organizational and strategic structure, creating the conditions for structured growth and the progressive development of national and international activities. The goal is to position Ulixe as an international hub of technological innovation, maintaining operational continuity and stability in its relations with the domestic market.

The change of name does not entail any changes in existing contractual relationships or in the continuity of operational activities, which continue without interruption under the new identity of Ulixe Italy.
