Founded in 2023, the Group brings together Italian companies with over twenty years of experience in the ICT, consulting, and digital transformation sectors, creating an ecosystem capable of integrating technological, industrial, and business expertise.

Over the years, the Group has continued to evolve, gradually expanding its scope through organic growth and the development of new areas of specialization. Today, in addition to its technology consulting services, Ulixe operates in high-potential markets such as digital payments with Ulixe Pay and digital healthcare with Ulixe Pharma, which focuses on innovative solutions for glucose monitoring and the management of chronic conditions.

Ulixe is controlled by a holding company led by a Tuscan entrepreneur with extensive managerial experience in the ICT, healthcare, electronic payments, and industrial sectors.

Founded in 2023, the Group is the result of a strategic integration between Italian companies with over 20 years of experience in the ICT sector: Dale Consulting, Ulixe Nova, Scientificware, Ulixe Italy and Gimagest.

Ulixe is controlled by a holding company led by a Tuscan entrepreneur with established management experience in ICT, healthcare, e-money, and industry.
