Ulixe acquires MBSnet and strengthens the Group's ecosystem in Fintech and Digital Payments 

The transaction consolidates the Ulixe Group's expertise in digital payments and fintech services, strengthening its presence in regulated environments. 

Milan, November 17, 2025 – The Ulixe Group announces the acquisition of MBSnet, a company with long-standing expertise and technological skills in the world of digital payments and fintech services. 

The transaction is part of the Group's growth strategy in the Fintech and Digital Payments area, strengthening Ulixe's presence in these markets and expanding its expertise in supporting highly complex projects in regulated environments. 

The transaction includes the acquisition of three brands: MBSnet, Fintexa, and MBSPay. As part of the integration process, MBSPay will gradually be merged into UlixePay, with the aim of ensuring brand consistency in the digital payments sector. 

The integration will be managed in a way that ensures operational continuity and clarity in relations with customers and partners during the transition. 

With this acquisition, Ulixe strengthens its ability to operate as a structured technology partner in the field of digital payments, integrating specialist skills and assets in a scope consistent with market developments and the needs of organizations and institutions.
