Our History

Ulixe was created to answer a specific question: How to accompany companies in sustainable innovation, avoiding rigid models and standardized advice?

Founded in 2023, the Group is the result of a strategic integration between Italian companies with over 20 years of experience in the ICT sector: Dale Consulting, Ulixe Nova, Scientificware, Ulixe Italy and Gimagest.

Ulixe is controlled by a holding company led by a Tuscan entrepreneur with established management experience in ICT, healthcare, e-money, and industry.

We grow organically and through targeted acquisitions., maintaining continuity of management teams and promoting shared governance.
