Ulixmas 2022: Ulixe Group's Christmas event celebrated with education, fun and sharing!

Proud to be Ulixers was the leitmotif with which we wanted to welcome 2023.

It was a pleasure to come back and organize our Christmas event again. During which this year we wanted to create an opportunity to educate, compare and have fun. 

But the most important thing for us was one: to find each other in person. At Ulixe we want to give everyone the opportunity to work remotely because we really believe in it. But we also believe in the importance of seeing each other, looking at each other's faces, and that theempathy generated by being together is unparalleled! 

Ulixmas: why be "Proud to be Ulixers"

Ulixe Group's Christmas event, this year we thought of it as an opportunity to discuss the hot topics of IT, but also to be together "carefree."   

Proud to Be Ulixers, for us is not just a motto but a goal to achieve. We care that those who join our team can feel proud or proud. That's why our inimitable HR managers took the opportunity to explain Ulixe's corporate benefits and the Development Skills project. 

The latter project has taken provides for the establishment of training pathse ad hoc and access to key IT certifications.

The year 2022 has been full of initiatives aimed at sharing our passion for the IT world. The opening of the Blog is one of them. The latter is taking more and more shape thanks to the passion that distinguishes Ulixers. 

Our "digital pens" were also willing to share the topics they like to cover on the Ulixe Group blog with in-depth talks during the event. But feeding our curiosity were guests who shared with us their wealth of knowledge, each in a different field of IT and beyond. Watch their speeches on YouTube.

Not only IT...

After a short break, we were joined by Luca Altimani, former admin of Memorable Comments, and Mattia Marangon, Founder of Legolize. The two digital creatives, together with Simone Offredo, CEO of Ulixe, were interviewed by Loubna El Akroute. They shared with us their experience in the world of Digital Marketing. Most importantly, we talked about how IT and communication influence each other in the digital context. Finally, how the way communication between companies and employees has changed. After dinner and, of course, the open bar, we kicked off the Soccer tournament! Which although it put a strain on professional relationships and friendships, fortunately it all ended in the best of ways!
