It is with great excitement that we tell you about the Ulixe team's unforgettable trip to Barcelona!

This year, within Ulixe, we decided to break the mold and embrace adventure in a completely innovative way. What could unite a team distributed throughout Italy better than a trip to Spain?

You may say, we like to win easy... We tell you that it was definitely challenging to organize a trip for over 100 participants. But let's cut the chatter. Off we go!

Competition and Collaboration: Ulixe in Search of Treasure

After warm greetings and hugs, we headed true Casa Batlló, the meeting point for the entire team that participated in the "Street Escape: Gaudí and the Hidden Treasure."

After receiving the bags, containing all the mysteries to be unraveled and useful clues, we embarked on an unprecedented treasure hunt through the lively streets of Barcelona. 

The treasure hunt took us through Barcelona's most extraordinary palaces, giving us the opportunity to explore these architectural masterpieces with keen eyes and discover every detail.

From Casa Milà with its sinuous forms, to Casa Fuster with its modernist style, to the striking architecture of Casa de les Punxes, each building contributed to making our trip to Barcelona an extraordinary and culturally enriching experience.

The atmosphere was electric on those same streets as teams engaged in solving the puzzles useful in finding the treasure of casa Batlló, proving that collaboration can go far beyond the code we work on, in various ways, every day. But there was certainly no shortage of healthy competitive spirit as well.

In fact, the most dreaded and anticipated moment (we were expecting sangria) was the announcement of the winning team, the Angulars. A victory celebrated but also somewhat suffered by all the Ulixers who were still on the streets of Barcelona trying to solve the riddle.

In the late afternoon, late arrivals had a chance to explore the unique art and architecture of Casa Batlló, adding a touch of creative inspiration to their luggage.

However, the highlight of the day was undoubtedly the dinner that brought the whole team together in an atmosphere of celebration and friendship. The feeling at the end was one of never wanting to leave. In fact, we did not part even in the after dinner!

The moments of sharing and laughter gave us the feeling and confidence that we were part of an extraordinary team,making this an unforgettable experience.

Laughter, Reflections and Relationships

The enthusiasm of our Ulixers is the driving force behind our company, and the adventure in Barcelona really hit home. Your enthusiastic feedback paints a vibrant picture of the experience: between shared laughter, human connections, and the magic of Catalan streets.

Ulixers called the experience "bubbly," a concentration of new experiences and knowledge. Some said that "every moment was a piece of a unique experience that exceeded expectations," bringing out the best in our team, we add!
