Prior to this, he was President of Modcomp’s worldwide operations from 2010 to 2012. He was President of Modcomp’s U.S. operations from 2005 to 2010. Victor was President of Modcomp’s U.S. division, following Modcomp’s acquisition of TechniSource Hardware, Inc., a company he co-founded in 1997. Victor is an IT industry veteran with more than 23 years of experience and leadership. He is responsible for all facets of the organizations domestic and international operations. He has a degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in electrical engineering.
